Dimitris Anastasopoulos is a Supreme Court Lawyer and has been a Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1998.
He studied Law in the University of Athens (Ethnikon & Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon) and continued with postgraduate studies at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, Germany, where he acquired his LL.M title in civil Law (Master’s Thesis: “The conclusion of contracts on the internet” - “Der elektronische Vertragsschluss im Internet”) He has significant litigation experience in all jurisdictions of Greek Courts, dealing with a wide range of Civil and Administrative Law cases and counselling individuals and companies in various legal issues.
He is co author of the three legal text books with a special focus on Private and Public Law: - 'Contracts of Contemporate Commerce', Sakkoulas Publication 2011. - 'Contracts of Private & Public Law', Sakkoulas Publication 2009 - 'Legal Handbook for Contracts', Dashöfer Publication 2006.

Katerina Bacoyannis is a lawyer admitted to the Court of Appeals and is a certified mediator.
She studied Law in the University of Athens (Ethnikon & Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon) and has been a Member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004. Katerina’s practice focuses on Commercial and Civil Law with significant focus in corporate, inheritance and and family law, as well as in dispute resolution.
In 2013, she became a certified Mediator and was registered in the official data base of Mediators maintained by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice.
Katerina is fluent in English.
Stefanos D. Topalis is a Supreme Court Lawyer and has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 1999.
After graduating from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Law school, he continued with postgraduate studies at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Law School in Heidelberg Germany (Master’s Thesis: “Der Anscheinsbeweis im Rahmen des arzthaftungsrechtliches Prozesses” - “The prima facie evidence within the context of legal proceedings regarding medical negligence”).
He was assigned a doctoral thesis regarding penal medical liability at the Law School of the Aristotle University Thessaloniki, Department of Criminal Law.
Ηe is a member of the Society for the study of Medical Law and Bioethics and has published a number of studies and reports in legal journals in respect of all elements of Medical Law (penal, civil and corporate).
He is legal counsel to a number of health care institutions , medical and other companies. He also has significant experience in the area of data protection and is a certified Data Protection Officer for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation which took effect on 25 May, 2018.

Matina Katsiri is an Athens based Notary Public and a member of the Athens, Piraeus, Agean and Dodekanese Notary Public Association.
She studied Law in the University of Athens (Ethnikon & Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon) and continued with postgraduate studies at the same University where she acquired her LL.M title in labour law.
She began her career by working as a lawyer for 5 years, dealing with a wide range of Commercial and Civil Law cases.
In 2009 she succeeded in the Panhellenic Competition for Candidate Notaries and is working as a Notary Public ever since.
Matina is fluent in English and Spanish.
